MDP is our own invention: a drainage and filtration pipe built to keep working where conventional perforated pipes clog. It installs directly in the soil without gravel beds or filter fabric, carries heavy loads, and can be made in many sizes and materials.
MDP has been used in a sewage works installation and in silt dewatering, and won a Silver Award (SMEs) at the HKMA/HKT Global Innovation Award 2024/25.
